It was exhausting, but once I took a proper look at his sleep and made a few simple tweaks, things turned around. He started sleeping through, and we all finally started getting great sleep. Responding to your baby's needs wherever necessary to build comfort. This doesn't mean you'll be glued to your baby at all times, but it factors in responding if your baby is struggling.
Practical advice
I'll get to know what works for you and will avoid making recommendations that don't fit your lifestyle. Can't face the idea of being stuck at home whilst your little one naps? I won't suggest it.

About Me
I'm Hannah, mum of 2 with a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Psychological Research, and Level 4 OCN certified in Advanced Sleep Training.
After 16 months of exhaustion and sleepless nights with my first child, I finally got support, and within days, everything changed. This experience inspired me to retrain as a Holistic and Gentle Sleep Consultant just after having my second.
This time, I was confident in my knowledge of sleep, and she was sleeping through the night by 7 months.
I now help other families get their sleep back.
